Starting a business can feel overwhelming when you're trying to figure out what needs to happen, what order to do it in, and what you don't know to ask yet.
During the first hour, Larissa Davidson, CPA of AMD Accounting will walk you step by step through the practical side of getting started, including business structure, Maryland registration, taxes, bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and ongoing responsibilities.
During the second hour, Emily Wise, Esq. of Wise & Blitzer will join Larissa for live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask both a CPA and an attorney questions about starting and running your business.

Individual Registration: $150
Business Pair: $225 – Two attendees from the same business + one workshop packet
Additional Workshop Packet: $25
Advance registration is required, and seating is limited.
A minimum of 6 registrations is required for the workshop to be held. If the minimum is not met, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Registration fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop.
AMD Accounting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop if necessary. If AMD Accounting cancels the workshop, registration fees will be refunded in full.
